Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to them by the store within seven (7) days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer shall not be entitled to exchange the product after the lapse of these seven days.

  2. To exchange a product, it is required that the product be in sound condition and that the consumer has not used it or obtained its benefit. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to exchange to verify its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange request. In international exchanges, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping carrier. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is NOT entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was manufactured upon the consumer’s request or according to specifications defined by them, with the exception of products that contain a defect or violate the specifications defined by the consumer.

  2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software programs that have been used.

  3. If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other works considered intellectual property.

  4. If a defect appears in the product due to improper possession or misuse by the consumer.

  5. If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.

  6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software over the Internet.

Return Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to them by the store within seven (7) days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer shall not be entitled to return the product after the lapse of these seven days.

  2. To return a product, it is required that the product be in sound condition and that the consumer has not used it or obtained its benefit. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to accepting the return to verify its condition.

  3. The consumer shall bear all costs resulting from the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping carrier. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
